Quality Dedication

All contact concerning an order is run through the GPV Group's local employees who take care of the initial checks, production basis and documentation, technical questions and ongoing follow-up procedures, as well as the actual production process, final control and delivery.

A dedicated sales operative is allocated to each of our customers to ensure that the specific requirements of the individual customer are fully satisfied. Similarly, a member of the in-house sales team will provide the customer with service in day to day operations.

Test dedication

All the goods manufactured by GPV's sourcing partners are subject to a final control procedure. This procedure is carried out by GPV's own skilled quality assurance personnel and is performed in line with applicable international standards or as specified by the customer. The principle behind the control procedure is the same as the one behind the final control carried out on all GPV's own products. This ensures a high level of quality.

One single contact – one large network

As such, every single one of our production units is a contact interface to a global network of partners and competence centres. This gives customers access to a single, fully rationalised point of contact that controls all aspects of the delivery process.

Through GPV Global Sourcing, customers have access to a complete supplier concept in which, for example, extensive PCB batches are manufactured by GPV's external partners, while prototypes, small batches and express commissions are dealt with by our factories in Northern Europe.
