Consultancy
Based on a profound knowledge of the technologies and processes used by Chemitalic, we are always ready to advise your staff with regard to suggested solutions to any commercial and technical problems. We constantly develop new methods and products and in case our standard production programme does not comply with your wishes then please call us or send us an email.
Design check
Design and production of a printed circuit board designed for advanced electronics is a complicated process. Through a thorough check of your design layout based on the most advanced software tools available on the market, Chemitalic's layout support centre ensures that the production of the printed circuit board is optimised with regard to production method and cost effectiveness. Should the check show deviations from "best practice", we will contact you for a swift and effective clarification of the problem. Our layout support centre is open from Sunday 11 p.m. to Friday 3 p.m.
Delivery time
Our normal delivery time is 15 working days for standard products, but it is of course possible to deliver at shorter notice whenever there is a need. Fast turn around delivery means that delivery can take place in down to only 3 working days, depending on the product complexity and quantity.
Prototype Delivery
With still less time to market, we are aware that a prompt delivery of 100 per cent functional prototypes is essential to you as a customer. We are able to produce prototypes and smaller production lots within 5 working days. These products naturally go through the same thorough inspection as any other production, that is micro section inspection, automatic optical inspection and electrical testing. Thus Chemitalic help ensure that the running-in and testing of prototypes can be implemented quickly at our customers. Prototypes are produced in the same production lines as the subsequent ramp-up production. Thus we ensure that no unforeseen problems occur when our customer's product is introduced on the market.
Logistics support service
Chemitalic provides a delivery service adjusted to your specific requirements. Through a joint development of specific logistical solutions, we will be able to offer you advantages such as reliability, flexibility and a reduction in the administrative routines. Below you will find two examples of this kind of service, but the opportunities are numerous - try us. Case A: On a daily basis, we extract a 4-week rolling consumption forecast from the customer Extranet. We commence production and delivery based on this forecast. The only piece of paper to be exchanged between the two companies will be the invoice from Chemitalic to the customer. Case B: On a daily basis, you will send us an Internet/EDI message stating an update on the assumed consumption of selected drawing numbers over the next 4 weeks, our planning system will then automatically create/activate production orders, call from stock and dispatch. In view of the pressure under which our customers find themselves to meet "time to market", Chemitalic is aware of the importance of an effective and cost conscious cooperation to find the right logistics solution.
