GPV offers two kinds of HDI constructions, laser drilled or mechanical drilled blind via holes, both types combined with buried and through holes.

Preferred producibility is volume capability, reduced producibility indicate reduced volume and/or higher cost and may be limited to certain constructions. Please contact our sales department for more information when using reduced producibility.
