Plot data:
Gerber format. As far as possible use a format with aperture description contained in the plot file, e.g. Gerber RS274X. One layer for each file, all layers seen from above, same zero point in all layers. Drilling and contour layer must be included.
Construction data:
If you have specific requirements regarding dielectric distance, dielectric properties, cu. thickness, etc. these must be specified. Document these with a sandwich drawing on a separate file (Gerber/HPGL/PCL) or paper sheet. Please note; that if materials are not std. stock at Printca, extra delivery time should be expected.
Test coupons: If the PCBs are ordered within a specification that recommends test coupons, these will be generated by GPV. GPV operate with test coupons acc. to: IPC-STD-275, IPC-STD-2118 for military PCBs and special coupons for ESA-ECSS-Q-70-11-A, ESA-PSS-01-710 and ESA-CNES-QFT-SP-0117 specified PCBs.
Net list documentation:
GPV recommend customers to send net list documentation for verification of electrical connectivity. At the time GPV is able to handle three different formats; IPC-D-356, Mentor Neutral file and Visula.
The customer delivered net list is compared against the PRC CAM database, to verify that reading and interpretation of customer CAD files has succeeded.
